Last Sunday was a bittersweet day for our congregation. We said a tearful goodbye to Rev. Stanley and his family, while celebrating this incredible opportunity that has been placed before him. God has called him to a new chapter and is calling us to a new chapter as well. It is exciting to ponder the possibilities. After a moving service with Rev. Michael Davison celebrating the Litany of Leaving, we adjourned to the Fellowship Hall for a lovely meal catered by La Fiesta. Tom was presented with a beautiful green stole embroidered with the logo of the Kansas Region. A commemorative label was placed inside to remind him of his time at Central. Then we had some fun! Multiple people took the microphone to tell a story or two about our experiences over the last three years. Thank you to everyone for being so generous with your hearts, your time, your resources and your grace.

FYI—-from July 31, 2022 until further notice all worship services will be in the chapel!!
