This Sunday we have a real treat!  Mark Johnson was born and raised in Enid and grew up going to Central Christian Church. He was active in the children’s ministry, youth ministry, youth choir, and     various church camps. He was also a part of the regional youth council for the Disciples of Christ church. Since Mark graduated high school he has continued to serve in the ministry for the past 12 years in roles such as youth pastor, college pastor, and NextGen Pastor.

Mark’s greatest love next to Jesus is his wife Caylee and daughter Maxine. Mark and his wife moved back to Enid a year ago to start a family, teach vocal music with his older brother at Enid High, and be close to family. Mark is honored for the opportunity to share Jesus’ love with those who first shared it with him.  Be sure to join us for worship this Sunday!

I'm hoping everyone has had a great summer and are ready to start back exercising. We'll start back on August 25th with Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. We'll meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 in Central   Christian Church Fellowship Hall. Hope to see you then.             -Sharon Irwin

We have had a fun summer of children’s activities.  We’ve been miniature golfing, bowling, had a movie afternoon in the Central Cinema, and a game afternoon in the youth room.

Art, and splash pad water fun.  Next Sunday afternoon will be the last activity before school starts.  We will go bowling.  Meet on the west side of the church parking lot at 2:45pm and the Van will leave at 3:00pm & return at 4:30pm.  See you then.  Thanks kids, for a fun summer.  -Karen  Foster
